Create a compliance review

Creates a compliance review. After creation, upload the required attestations and submit the review to begin verification.

Choose the schema that matches the review you are creating. The type field selects which body shape applies — individual reviews and business reviews accept different tier values.

Optional UUID to safely retry requests without creating duplicate operations. Subsequent requests with the same key and identical body return the original cached response with an idempotency-replayed: true response header. Keys expire after 24 hours.
