Organizations

An Organization represents your end users—the individuals or businesses who you will provision accounts on behalf of and facilitate money movement for. Organizations have two types:

• Individual - an individual user / natural person.
• Business - a registered business entity / company.

Creating an Organization for your end user via the Organizations API is the first step to provisioning accounts and facilitating money movement between your end users' wallets or bank accounts.

When creating an Organization, you must provide KYC information, which can be submitted via the API or a hosted KYC link. Mural performs KYC checks, ensuring secure transfers and regulatory compliance. Required information includes details like name, email, and tax identification numbers.
